Agreement.

A purchase made on the ANTIK ELITE site implies acceptance of the following conditions: "The selected product is a second-hand product, with a degree of wear that is described in detail in the information on this product. The presence of scuffs, scratches, chips and traces of restoration will not be signs of poor quality, if such signs are present in the description of the purchased product."

I try, as far as possible, to find items with a minimum of defects and scratches, but their age must also be taken into account.

Product presentation

Each item or batch of several items has its own item number and is included in a specific category. You can see all the information about the batch and a larger number of photos by clicking on the main photo or on the name of the batch. The indicated weight is the weight of the item itself (NET - excluding packaging).

 

Custom order

 

If you have not found in the catalog of products for sale what you want to buy, you can check the "Latest sales" section and inform me by e-mail about the item you like. You can also send me a photo of the item you want to buy and I will try to find a similar item for you.

 

Prices

 

The cost of the goods is indicated in euros, so that you can choose the most convenient system for purchasing goods on our website. For more information on payment methods, shipping costs and delivery costs, please see the "Payment and delivery" section.

 

Delivery

 

The goods are shipped within 3-5 days after receipt of payment for the goods and their delivery to the ANTIK ELITE bank account. For more information on shipping goods and delivery times, please see the "Payment and delivery" section.

 

Payment

 

On the ANTIK ELITE FRANCE website you can choose the most convenient method of payment for the goods:

1. Payment to our company's account at Crédit Mutuel in France.

2. Payment via the Pay Zen system is one of the most reliable systems in the world.

3. Payment via PAYPAL in euros (Your payment is immediately transferred to our account in France).

4. Transfer to a card or to an account of Sberbank of Russia in rubles or euros (small amounts up to 3,000 rubles).

Confidentiality

 

Payment for the goods you have purchased is made through the French bank Crédit Mutuel or Sberbank of the Russian Federation or through the Pay Zen / PayPal payment system (protected Paypal site) and we have no access to the financial data of the Buyers.

 

Responsibility

 

All the information I have about the items presented on the site is provided: weight, dimensions, condition of the item, presence of scuffs, scratches, chips. For all items purchased at auction, the attribution is always verified! Because sometimes there are errors and inaccuracies in the attribution. I never hide whether an item has been restored!! The photographs give a complete overview of the product, with arrows always present at the places of restoration, so that you can see it from all angles, with all the nuances, and form your own opinion about it. We must not forget the principle of contract law: the buyer must first collect information about the purchased object - Caveat emptor (literally - be vigilant). For my part, I am ready to provide all the information about the product, cost and delivery, answer all your questions and send you more photos at your request.

For my part, I ask you to pay attention to the packaging upon receipt of the parcel. And if you notice any damage, signs of opening or have doubts about the safety of the purchased products, I recommend that you take photos before and after opening the package. And also note on the receipt receipt the defects you have noticed. At our request, the French post office writes: Attention, Fragile. All these materials will allow the Buyer to receive compensation for the damage caused.
